What you'll be doing
We want to make sure we make the best impression on our customers. So, as a Kitchen Sales Advisor in one of our stores you will:
- Create a welcoming environment, kept to our high standard.
- Inspire and delight our customers with the kitchens you design by showing them around our showroom, talking them through what we can offer and actively listening to the customers wants and needs.
- You’ll take charge of the sale from start of finish - from site or home visits to overseeing the installation process at times and after-sales services.
What you'll need:
Transferrable skills and attributes we are seeking:
- Customer service and a personable manner
- Experience working in a similar, sales-focused role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Target and results driven
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- A creative flair
- Flexibility around working hours
- The ability to develop a sound knowledge of our products and services
- A willingness and desire to learn design software
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
