Join us in this new role as a Maintenance Technician and you’ll become part the leading kitchen specialist in Europe. Due to expansion within our factory we have 3 openings for Maintenance Technicians in either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Shift Leader, you will respond to breakdowns, assist with continuous improvement projects, maintain general site upkeep, and carry out planned preventative maintenance whilst conforming to Health and Safety processes and policies of the company.
Our aim is to maintain process capability and reliability, to achieve optimum availability of machinery, equipment and related plant and services.
Flexibility is paramount as we work five shifts per week on a 3-week rotating pattern:
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
How you will qualify for the role
Ideally you will hold at least an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and have experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.
Familiarity with CMMS and knowledge of root cause analysis, 5s and lean manufacturing systems would be highly desirable.
