What you’ll be doing
You’ll work part of a team processing and paying purchase ledger invoices. You’ll deal with all invoice postings, purchase order matching, supplier payments and supplier queries using our in-house purchase ledger systems.
How you will qualify for the role
With 12,000 invoices processed by the team per month it’s essential that you can work at a fast pace whilst ensuring your work is accurate. Ideally you will have experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role with experience of using an ERP system is a must (SAP would be beneficial) along with using other in-house systems and it’s essential that you are proficient in the use Microsoft Word and Excel.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to cope with change. You must also be able to work independently, have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and able to work to deadlines.
