We are looking for a Legal Administrator to join our Credit Control team in Leed on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Our Legal team deal with the recovery of debts that our Credit Control team are unable to collect through the usual collection procedures. Reporting to the Credit Manager your role will be to effectively liaise with external debt collection agencies and solicitors to recover cash owed to Magnet and potentially our other Nobia UK businesses plus resolving customer queries.

Ideally already trained in Legal issues within a Credit Control environment you will be capable of learning many different Legal, Credit Control and Nobia UK business procedures and making high quality decisions on whether or not to sue, trace and write off amounts given departmental guidelines.
With meticulous attention to detail, you will have the ability to work to strict deadlines and demonstrate a proactive and helpful approach.
Excellent communication skills by all methods whether verbally or in writing are a must, as you will be dealing with both external and internal customers, some who may be very annoyed and upset.
You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be flexible to pick up other ad hoc admin duties as and when required to support the wider team.
