What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Banking & Cashiers Manager you will work as part of a small team ensuring the timely and accurate recording of cash, credit card and banking transactions. You’ll process customer refunds and resolve queries from our Magnet stores and customers in a timely and efficient manner.
How you will qualify for the role
Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment is essential and with meticulous attention to detail skills, you will have the ability to work to strict deadlines and demonstrate a proactive and helpful approach.
You should have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of using SAP is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills are a must; as is the ability to cope with change. You must also be able to work independently, be financially aware and be flexible to carry out various ad hoc tasks to help support the team.
