We have an opportunity for a New Business Administrator to join our Credit Control team in Leeds.
Our New Business team use a variety of external credit rating agencies to appraise the credit worthiness of our Trade Customer Account applications and set up & maintain account details on our in-house sales ledger systems.
You will work as part of a small team either agreeing or rejecting credit applications from Magnet and Nobia UK’s Business to Business and Trade Customer account base.
What can you offer us?
With proven experience of working in a busy office environment, previous Credit Vetting experience (particularly using Experian) is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidates. Ideally you will have experience of using SAP sales ledger and will be capable of learning many different Legal, Credit Control and Nobia UK business procedures. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will need to communicate effectively with all levels within the business. Meticulous attention to detail is essential along with the ability to work to strict deadlines, whilst also demonstrating sound decision making skills.
Finally you will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be flexible to pick up other ad hoc admin duties as and when required to support the wider team.
