We have an opportunity for a SAP Logistics Manager to join our SAP Competence Centre team in Morley, West Yorkshire.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the SAP Competence Centre Manager you’ll shape and develop our SAP landscape using the most up to date technologies to ensure our UK, Nordic and Central European businesses can grow and maximise efficiency. You’ll provide solution governance between SAP projects in line with the SAP Competency Centre processes and act as the Nobia custodian of the Logistics template whilst leading your team through effective coaching, mentoring, support and development.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have previous SAP consulting experience within Sales and Distribution or Extended Warehouse Management, with cross over skills into both and strong business knowledge in one of these areas gained through numerous end to end life cycles from requirements gathering to support. You’ll also have integration experience and be used to managing a small team of both internal and external consultants.
Strong leadership qualities are essential as you’ll need to balance a challenging workload and deadlines with the ability to lead from the front, whilst also being able to step back when needed to take a broader perspective. You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator who can quickly build great relationships with the entire user base and senior stakeholders.
Both S4 HANA and SAP best practice experience are desirable and you’ll need a flexible approach to travel and working hours as up to 40% of your time could include both UK and European travel.
