Join us as a UK Quality Assurance Technician and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play an active role in maintaining and enhancing our UK Supply Chain Operation’s ISO 9001 Certification, helping to identify and drive continual process improvement and supporting service, quality and supply chain operation colleagues in order to maintain high service levels. You’ll audit processes and identify non-conformance trends and monitor responses, escalating where necessary along with producing and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to report on Quality System requirements.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll have a background in Manufacturing or Quality Assurance with a clear understanding of process improvement and controls. You’ll have the ability to analyse data, record and document in a timely and accurate way. Previous experience of ISO 9001 would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent planning, organisation and problem solving skills is a must along with excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
