We have an opportunity for a SAP PO Developer in our SAP Applications Team in Morley, West Yorkshire.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the SAP Applications Manager, your key focus will be to design, build and test SAP Integration solutions; ensuring they meet business expectations, functional requirements and satisfy agreed performance criteria.
You’ll work closely with the other members of the Applications Team and the Functional Teams in the wider SAP Competency Centre to ensure that knowledge and expertise is shared to the maximum benefit of the business.
Additionally, you’ll provide technical support for the resolution of operational issues covering both Incident and Problem Management to ensure the business is able to operate at its optimum effectiveness.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, customer service and problem-solving skills and have previously worked on large projects with challenging timescales.
You will have experience of working with: SAP PO including SAP Proxy, IDocs, FTP, Web Services, Enterprise Services, RES and experience of Java or ABAP programming would also be beneficial. Preference will be given to developers with experience of SAP PO with NWDS, BPM and BRM. Candidates who have strong SAP PI experience will also be considered and provided with necessary training.
