Join us as a Design Sales Assistant and you’ll become part of the Magnet family.
This is a part time role of 24 hours per week
What you’ll be doing
You’ll create a really warm welcome for all our customers and identify all sales opportunities by establishing what they are looking for. You’ll support our end to end sales process and after sales service by completing all necessary administration and making sure our customer relationship management system is kept updated. You’ll deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, plus understand who our competition is and how we differ.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll have good administration skills and an excellent approach to customer service (and preferably already have previous experience in a similar role within retail, administration, sales or customer service). You’ll be a great team player and should be able to communicate clearly with both customer and colleagues. Good IT skills are essential and you’ll also need a flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays.
