What you’ll be doing
You’ll create a warm welcome for customers and deliver excellent customer service through demonstrating your knowledge of our kitchen products and offering competitive pricing which makes them want to come back. You’ll identify and contact potential customers to maximise all sales opportunities and deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible. You’ll also understand who the competition is and be able to demonstrate how we are different, and will always being working towards delivering or exceeding your targets.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll have experience of working in sales or a targeted environment and be a great team player who is confident both using the telephone and meeting people face to face. Relationship building is very important in this role so you should have good communication, customer service and negotiation skills. IT skills are essential and if you’ve used a Fork Lift Truck before that would be helpful too (but full training is provided).
