Join us as an Assistant Finance Manager and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll help us achieve our overall business strategy through driving sustainable growth and efficiency through a “hands on” sound commercial financial support and financial control for our central commercial teams and business partner with other central functions.
You’ll review and have overall ownership of the commercial management accounts and Magnet’s ‘through business’ P&L along with supporting central functions with investment requests, business cases, interpreting results/KPIs and scenario analysis. You’ll also take ownership and accountability for the commission process and be primary responsible for monitoring and reporting on central commercial cost control. We won’t let you do this alone, you’ll have support from two Financial Analysts who will report directly into you.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have previous experience of supporting central functions in a fast paced commercial/retail environment. You’ll be experienced in ownership and group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and flash reporting submissions. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations, work on own initiative and prioritise workloads effectively. You’ll already be CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified or willing to achieve a professional qualification.
