We have an opportunity for a Buyer to join our team in Leeds or Darlington (with national and international travel) on a 12-month fixed term period.
 

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the continuation of supply by identifying end to end supply chain value and direct product cost benefits for the group’s total. 

You’ll support material supply activities for the Group, in line with the Sourcing and Product management strategies, targets and objectives. You’ll ensure quality, delivery, costs, projects, environmental and legislative conditions are achieved and maintained. Working closely with our Product Managers you’ll support with range changes, tracking prices changes on like for like products and ensuring products are priced appropriately.  
 

How you will qualify for the role

It would be great if you had appliance category experience with an understanding of product life cycle management. You must have analytical skills with in depth knowledge of Microsoft office including excel. Excellent communication and influencing skills are a must along with the flexibility to travel.
