Join us as an Administration Apprentice and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
In this Administration Apprenticeship you’ll learn about the different areas within our business and provide general administration support to all functions. You’ll provide a professional administration and front of house reception service which will involve:
- Handling up to 200 switchboard calls a day
- Making all reception visitors feel welcome
- Checking & preparing meeting rooms
- Delivering catering
- Post duties
How you will qualify for the role
It’s essential that you’ve got GCSE’s (or equivalent) grades A*-C/9-4 in Maths & English and you’ll have good Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
Experience of working in customer services is advantageous but more importantly is the right attitude and approach to be courteous, helpful and polite at all times.
You’ll also need good team working skills (as much of the work is shared) and the ability to work to deadlines/differing timeframes throughout the working day.
