Join us as a Desktop Engineer and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting into the Desktop Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for supporting 2nd line issues within manufacturing and our office locations. You’ll be based out of our office in Morley, Cliffe Park for 2 days a week and 3 days at our site in Dewsbury.
You’ll resolve all 2nd line calls in relation to hardware and software issues along with providing support via desk and site visits. You’ll provide a resolution to faults relating to manufacturing, including basic network issues, printing issues and scanner faults. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist in project work and support our Infrastructure team with the rollout of new software and server maintenance.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have experience in providing 2nd line support and experience of the UK IT environment ideally across different locations with the ability to adapt quickly. You’ll be driven and self-motivated and be able to work independently. You must be willing to work from Dewsbury and Cliffe Park and other sites when needed.
