Join us as an Accounts Clerk (Cashier) and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
Working as part of a team you'll ensure all bank payments and receipts are processed in a timely and accurate manner, you'll process payments via cheques and through our online banking. You’ll match and reconcile Nobia UK’s credit card receipts, branch banking and finance agreements using our in-house systems along with processing expenses, mileage and store petty cash claims. You'll also resolve telephone and e-mail queries from stores and liaise with other finance functions where appropriate assisting with cash forecasting when required.
How you will qualify for the role
It’s essential that you can work at a fast pace whilst ensuring your work is accurate. Ideally you will have experience in a similar Finance role. Experience of using an ERP system is a must (SAP would be beneficial) along with using other in-house systems and it’s essential that you are proficient in the use Microsoft Word and Excel.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to cope with change. You must also be able to work independently, have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and able to work to deadlines.
