We have a brand-new opportunity to join our team in Darlington as a Regional Facilities Lead.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the regional development and execution of our facilities management strategy for our UK Supply Chain (Manufacturing and Distribution sites).
You’ll lead and develop the facilities function of the sites/region maintenance departments ensuring all legislative requirements are met, whilst supporting the Site Management Team with control of the local FM budget and producing reports to identify trends.
Your areas of responsibilities will include all utilities and facilities functions incl. the sites heating infrastructure, fire detection/protection systems, fixed wire electrical infrastructure, day-to day reactive facilities requests as well as setting up and maintaining our facilities service contracts.
How you will qualify for the role
With excellent communications and analytical skills, the ideal candidate will hold an electrical qualification and ideally 17th/18th Edition and have experience maintaining a large site. You will ideally have team leadership experience as well as budgetary control experience. Previous knowledge of sprinkler systems, boiler/heating systems is advantageous.
