We have a fantastic opportunity as a Sales Development Manager to join us in a field-based role within the South Midlands area.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work within a defined area selling our products (kitchens) to the Social Housing market.
Working within the Social Housing sector you’ll work closely with Social Housing organisations to bring in new business and develop existing business. You’ll own and manage the sales process and collaborate with colleagues to provide the best and right solutions. Along with gaining new business in this sector you’ll also manage and develop existing business, maximising every opportunity along the way.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll be sales driven with a proven track record of delivering on sales within the Social Housing sector. Ideally you will have knowledge of the kitchen market with a full understanding of how the Social Housing market works including route to market and funding sources. You’ll be an excellent communicator focusing on the customers journey by providing a first-class service and be a natural influencer. You’ll be able to think outside the box to find solutions to different scenarios with the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing situations.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
