Join us in this brand-new role as a Programme Office Coordinator based from either Darlington or Leeds and you’ll be involved with gathering and maintaining information relating to the delivery of Nobia’s Strategy and work closely with the programme management and workstream leaders to ensure project documentation achieves high quality and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support the Director - Transformation Office in the operation of key programme management processes including risk and issue management, scheduling, change management, resource management and reporting.  You’ll also support the Programme Managers in the creation and maintenance of project plans and timetables.

You’ll monitor the status of the projects, producing trackers, RAID logs, checking progress, reporting and escalating as appropriate and support in the production of presentations.

You’ll be the key point of contact on documentation; working with internal teams, to ensure all aspects of the programmes are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.

How you will qualify for the role

You’ll have previous experience of working in project management or PMO teams and the ability to think on your feet, whilst applying a logical and analytical approach to your work.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential; as are strong communication skills, superb attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve issues.

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the main Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
