What you’ll be doing
Working within our software development team you’ll work across all our business functions to understand the intent of each change and its impact on existing business processes and workflows. You’ll be responsible for examining existing business processes and data; evaluating them within the context of our organisational goals and IT landscape and propose changes or enhancements to help achieve those goals.
Working with stakeholders you’ll capture, analyse, refine and document business requirements and simplify those requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. You’ll work with our Solutions Architects and Development team to ensure changes are strategically aligned and requirements specifications are fully understood.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have experience of working with Technology teams with the proven ability to translate business requirements and outcomes into UI designs, functional and non-functional specs. You’ll have a proven track record of leading Business Analysis activities including the development of the BA approach, gathering and documenting of business requirements in accordance with templates and guidelines along with working knowledge of project management methodology and tools such as Agile.
We also have an opening for a Team Lead position and would also welcome applications from candidates that are looking for a Team Lead role.
The role will include remote working however you will be required to go to our Leeds office as and when needed.
