What you’ll be doing
Joining our HR Shared Services team, you’ll provide a service to all our brands within Nobia UK. Working within a small team you’ll provide excellent customer service to all our customers in a busy and diverse environment; along with managing all colleague administration throughout the employment life cycle. You’ll focus on ensuring all incoming queries receive an accurate and timely response and supporting our HR Managers with casework. You’ll be using multiple HR systems along with producing reports and data analysis when required. This role is heavily admin and volume led with an emphasis on using our HR system.
How you will qualify for the role
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will ideally have already gained experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential; as is the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines. You'll also need to combine good communication skills with a positive approach to customer service and be competent in the use of the main Microsoft Office packages and other HR systems. You will have previously used complex HR systems and ideally have come from or have an understanding of a shared services function.
