Join us as a Credit Controller and you will be joining Europe’s leading Kitchen Specialist. 

What you’ll be doing

You’ll pro-actively manage & maintain the relevant section of the sales ledger in order to maximize cash flow and minimise losses to the business. Regularly communicating with the cashier’s team to ensure payments are up to date and acting as a subject matter expert in all areas of Credit Control driving efficiencies through continuous improvement. You’ll adhere to KPI’s and SLA’s ensuring the agreed terms of trade are adhered to. 

How you will qualify for the role

It’s essential that you have already gained experience of working in a high-volume Credit Control environment with basic knowledge of credit risk assessment and legal debt recovery procedures.

With meticulous attention to detail, you will have the ability to work to strict deadlines and demonstrate a proactive and helpful approach.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be dealing with both external and internal customers; as is the ability to work within a team but also being able to work independently. You will have good IT skills and be flexible to pick up other ad hoc admin duties as and when required.
