Join us as a Section Leader and you’ll become part the leading kitchen specialist in Europe. 

What you’ll be doing

​​​​​​​Managing and controlling your own section within our logistics operation you’ll ensure productivity levels are achieved whilst maintaining high levels of quality and customer service. You’ll plan and implement improvements to warehouse processes to ensure the success of short to medium term strategies and develop and drive a continuous improvement culture within our warehouse. 

You’ll inspire, coach and mentor your team and ensure behavioural safety is instilled into the culture of logistics. Also, you’ll control manning levels based upon required and planned volumes, taking appropriate action to ensure that volume levels are achieved. 

How you will qualify for the role

You’ll have previous experience managing a team within a warehouse/logistics environment. You’ll have excellent communication skills being able to present ideas and proposals clearly. You’ll have knowledge of warehouse management systems including stock control and order to dispatch process systems. You must be able to inspire and promote positive teamwork and have an awareness of Health and Safety Legislation. 

Flexibility to shifts is required, we work on a 3 shift rotation 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
