Join us as a Fleet Administrator and you’ll become part the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
Providing administrative support you’ll assist with driver and vehicle compliance for our UK Fleet department. Working with a fleet which consists of 630 cars and LCV’s you’ll assist with driver queries, maintain records, spreadsheets and databases ensuring we are GDPR and policy compliant. Working closely with other internal departments and third-party providers you’ll process invoices, assign costs to relevant drivers/departments and ensure we are following HMRC regulations and legal road use are being complied to.
How you will qualify for the role
Ideally you will have worked within a fleet role previously however we will consider you if you have a strong previous administrative background. It is essential that you hold a driving licence with a minimum of 12 months driving experience as you will potentially have to move and drive our fleet cars. You will have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at different levels and be a team player.
Due to COVID you maybe required to work from home however in normal circumstances this is an office based role.
