What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the current service that we offer all Nobia UK brands ensuring that a high quality service is provided and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the service desk. You’ll manage orders effectively and offer the necessary guidance and support for all internal and external customers.
How you will qualify for the role
You will have experience of working in a demanding customer environment in an office based environment along with excellent communication skills and time management skills.
