Join us as a Project Design Manager in our North West and Yorkshire region and you’ll join Europe’s leading Kitchen Specialist.
This is an area based role covering the North West.
What you’ll be doing
Working very closely with our Contracts Sales Manager’s you’ll have full ownership of projects, managing them both on time within budget and ensuring a high level of KPI compliance. You’ll design kitchens in line with specifications and this will involve site visits to our Private Developer properties or if you are working on a Social Housing contract you will do home surveys in tenanted properties.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll have experience in designing Kitchens using CAD packages; it could suit you if you are currently in a sales role where you are looking to move away from the sales element to concentrate more on design. As you will be working on a number of projects excellent time management and organisational skills are a must, as you’ll need to plan your workload in line with contract requirements. You’ll work closely with our clients so it’s really important that you are good at maintaining and developing strong relationships. A driving licence is essential
