Join us as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and you’ll become part of the leading kitchen specialist in Europe.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work as part of a team ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll deal with all invoice postings, purchase order matching, supplier payments and statement reconciliations using our in-house purchase ledger systems. You will also be required to take ownership of resolving supplier queries to minimise the impact on our network of stores and other colleagues around the business.
How you will qualify for the role
With 12,000 invoices processed by the team per month it’s essential that you can work at a fast pace whilst ensuring your work is accurate. Ideally you will have experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role however we will consider applications from candidates who are wanting to start a career. It’s essential that you are proficient in the use Microsoft Word and Excel.
You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to cope with change. You must also be able to work independently, have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and able to work to deadlines.
