Join us as a People and Culture Assistant and you will be joining Europe’s leading Kitchen Specialist.

What you’ll be doing

Joining our Shared Services team, you’ll provide a service to all our brands within Nobia UK.  Working within a small team you’ll provide excellent customer service to all our customers in a busy and diverse environment; along with managing all colleague administration throughout the employment life cycle.  You’ll focus on ensuring all incoming queries receive an accurate and timely response and supporting our People and Culture Managers with casework. You’ll be using multiple HR systems along with producing reports and data analysis when required. 

How you will qualify for the role

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English and preferably CIPD qualified or working towards it, you will ideally have already gained experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment. Excellent planning and organisation skills are essential as is the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines. You'll also need to combine good communication skills with a positive approach to customer service and be competent in the use of the main Microsoft Office packages and other HR systems.
