Join us as an National Account Manager and you’ll play a key role in developing and strengthening our long-term partnership with a major B2B customer.
West Yorkshire based role with flexible working and UK travel
What you’ll be doing
You'll develop key relationships with customers and cross functional teams to manage day to day requests in areas such as: Supply Chain, Customer Services, Marketing Support plus Product Development and set up. You'll take in depth data analysis to build an understanding performance drivers and maker conditions to provide insights and identify opportunities whilst ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
You'll lead customer review meetings, including presenting back key data and trends along with building relationships with the store estate to capture necessary knowledge to guide key decisions.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll be a natural when it comes to building relationships with experience in a customer-facing role in retail or B2B, and experience of influencing product portfolio decisions. Ideally, you’ll have category management experience in big ticket DIY industries with strong business acumen and decision-making skills. You’ll be a confident presenter with excellent organisation skills with the ability to summarise and present insights with authority. Knowledge of the kitchen market would put you at an advantage and you must have excellent numerical and literacy skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
You’ll be flexible in terms of location and working hours as regular UK travel is essential and hold a current and valid driving licence.
