You will be working across areas such as Milton Keynes, Oxford, Bedford, Hemel Hempstead and Northampton.
Competitive basic, £45-£60k OTE, plus company car, flexible/field based role.
What you’ll be doing as a Sales Manager
Primarily, you will be expected to own and develop sales within your geographical location, targeting projects of 10+ kitchens and selling to multi plot developers, contractors, and house builders. Working to a sales target you will bring in new business along with managing existing business. You will achieve this by engaging on a daily basis with existing and prospective customers, in many instances meeting with decision makers.
You will work alongside a local team of project managers, installation managers and estimators dedicated to the growth and success of the region. You will also work in partnership with our two supply routes either through our Dewsbury HQ or through local Magnet stores to service our customers and contracts effectively.
How you will qualify for the role as a Sales Manager
You’ll have a track record of achieving sales targets ideally with experience selling products to developers, contractors and house builders. Being a high achiever in a target driven environment you’ll be able to bring in margins within specific budgets. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to identifying, targeting and securing new business . Decision making is key, and you’ll have the confidence and experience of dealing with and being able to resolve difficult situations and operational problems. You will need to be a self-driven but not selfish individual who works very well in a team environment. It’s expected that exceptional customer service is at the centre of everything you do.
