What you’ll be doing
Working within our Assemble to Order team you'll manage a team ensuring that output levels are achieved whilst maintaining high levels of quality and customer service. You’ll mentor and manage your team including absence, performance and training and ensure our Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
How you will qualify for the role
You’ll come from a Manufacturing background with experience of Woodworking machines. You’ll have excellent communication skills and are able to present ideas and proposals clearly inspiring colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Ideally you will have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and knowledge of management systems.
Flexibility to shifts is required, we work on a 3 shift rotation 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am
