We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Supply Chain Operations as a Maintenance Shift Leader based in Morley, Leeds.
What you’ll be doing
As a Maintenance Shift Leader you will lead and manage a team of Engineers whilst promoting a positive culture and working environment. You’ll ensure area targets in HSE, Maintenance, Projects, 5S, OEE and budget control are achieved. You will organise planned and reactive maintenance along with analysing major breakdowns by carrying out root cause analysis and putting solutions into place to prevent machinery/process issues reoccurring.
What can you offer us?
You’ll have a hands-on approach when it comes to machine maintenance. We have a mixture of skills within the team, as well as strong working relationships with the other Maintenance departments throughout the Group. Candidates who apply require to be NVQ L3 (minimum) qualified in a relevant engineering discipline and be time-served in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience managing a team is not essential as development opportunities are available at the Nobia UK Training Academy. What is vital is an attitude that will add strength to the dynamic of the Maintenance team.
Shift pattern: 6am-2pm (early Mon - Fri), 2pm-10:30pm (late Mon - Thurs) and 2pm - 8pm (late Fri).
