We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Manager
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work really closely with your Store Manager and the rest of the team to identify and maximise all opportunities for sales growth and make sure we deliver excellent customer service. You’ll deputise for the Store Manager when necessary and always act as role model by displaying a can do attitude and creating a positive working environment. You’ll get to know our competition well (understanding how our service differs) and provide support with any change initiatives plus support with recruiting, developing, coaching & managing all store colleagues to ensure they reach their full potential.
How you qualify for the role
You’ll preferably have already worked in a similar sales or target focused role and if that’s been in the kitchen industry even better. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and be a great team player with good communication skills. You’ll have the ability to lead and influence others and also be able take a flexible approach to working hours if needed (as our Sale periods get extremely busy!). Good IT skills are essential; with knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) being an advantage. You’ll also need a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
