In submitting an application you are asked to provide the following data to us: your name, telephone, email and postal contact details, previous and current employment history, educational details, salary information and expectations, and, if applicable, additional information to support your application.

The data will be stored, processed, used and disclosed by us in the following ways:
  • to provide our recruitment services to you and to facilitate the recruitment process;
  • to enable you to submit your CV and/or application form, apply online for jobs;
  • to answer your questions and enquiries;
  • to share with third parties where we have retained them to provide services that we or you have requested including video interviews and psychometric testing;
  • to use your information on an anonymised basis to monitor compliance with our equal opportunities policy;
  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
  • to undertake statistical analysis of anonymised data (equality and diversity) and internal reporting throughout a candidate’s recruitment journey.

  • From time to time we will seek your consent if we need to process, use or disclose your information for any other purpose not listed above.

    We reserve the right to transfer your information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to this statement and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you provided it to us. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer and we will seek your consent.

    Unsuccessful candidates’ data will be automatically anonymised 13½ months after any account inactivity unless you opt to retain your details on our system. You will be sent an email asking if you wish to keep your account active so you can be considered for further opportunities. If you no longer wish for your account to be active you will not need to take any further action and your details will be automatically archived in 45 days. Successful candidates’ information required for employment purposes will be retained throughout your employment in line with our HR Privacy Policy.

    At anytime you can log into your account to update your personal details; update or unsubscribe from job alerts; download your completed application or delete any applications and/or your profile.
